中科院攜手安捷航空簽署MOU 深化航空科技合作、強化防衛韌性APEX Aviation and NCSIST Sign MOU to Advance Aviation Technology Cooperation and Strengthen Defense Resilience
面對持續的灰色地帶威脅，強化臺灣海空情監偵能力與防衛韌性已成為重要課題。安捷航空與國家中山科學研究院（以下簡稱中科院）於10月1日舉行合作備忘錄（MOU）簽署典禮，正式建立合作關係。安捷航空董事長高健祐表示，此次簽署是雙方合作的重要里程碑，期待結合彼此專長，推動航空科技發展，為臺灣防衛韌性貢獻力量。
Amid persistent gray-zone threats, strengthening Taiwan’s maritime and aerial intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities and defense resilience has become a key priority. APEX Aviation and the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (NCSIST) held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony on October 1, formally establishing a cooperative relationship. APEX Aviation Chairman Wilson Kao described the signing as an important milestone and expressed his anticipation that both organizations would combine their expertise to advance aviation technology and contribute to Taiwan’s defense resilience.
中科院院長李世強率航空研究所團隊於當日上午抵達安捷航空臺東基地，在高健祐及安捷航空團隊陪同下，參訪蒼鷹計畫情報中心，並聽取DA42 NG、P2012及H145等航空器與任務能力介紹，了解安捷在多元航空平台、飛航營運及任務應用方面的實務經驗。
NCSIST President Lee Shih-chiang led a delegation from the institute’s Aeronautical Systems Research Division to APEX Aviation’s Taitung base that morning. Accompanied by Chairman Kao and the APEX team, the delegation toured the Goshawk Program’s intelligence center and received briefings on the DA42 NG, P2012 and H145 aircraft and their mission capabilities. The visit provided an overview of APEX’s practical experience across a range of aviation platforms, flight operations and mission applications.
參訪期間，安捷「蒼鷹號」同步升空執行訓練任務，運用機載合成孔徑雷達（SAR）蒐集海上船艦資訊，並即時回傳至地面情報中心，向中科院團隊展示蒼鷹計畫在海上情監偵、即時資料傳輸與任務整合方面的實際運作能力。
During the visit, APEX’s Goshawk aircraft conducted a training mission, using its onboard synthetic aperture radar (SAR) to collect information on vessels at sea and transmit the data to the ground intelligence center in real time. The demonstration gave the NCSIST delegation firsthand insight into the Goshawk Program’s operational capabilities in maritime ISR, real-time data transmission and mission integration.
隨後，雙方代表在現場貴賓見證下正式簽署MOU，開啟合作新階段。高健祐表示，安捷航空近年持續投入防衛與任務航空領域，未來將結合中科院的科研與系統整合能量，以及安捷在航空平台、飛航營運與任務執行方面的實務經驗，共同推動技術驗證與應用，逐步將研發成果轉化為可投入實際任務的能力。
Representatives of both organizations then signed the MOU in the presence of distinguished guests, marking a new phase of cooperation. Chairman Kao noted that APEX Aviation has continued to invest in defense and special-mission aviation in recent years. Going forward, the partnership will bring together NCSIST’s research and systems integration capabilities with APEX’s practical experience in aviation platforms, flight operations and mission execution to support technology validation and application, progressively translating research and development outcomes into operational capabilities.
此次參訪交流中，中科院團隊亦肯定安捷長期投入任務航空、情監偵系統整合及多元航空平台建置所累積的能量。未來雙方將以此次MOU為合作基礎，持續深化航空科技、系統整合、飛行驗證與任務應用等面向的交流與合作，促進相關技術落地，強化臺灣航空產業能量與防衛韌性。
During the visit, the NCSIST delegation also recognized the capabilities APEX has developed through its sustained investment in special-mission aviation, ISR systems integration and the development of diverse aviation platforms. Building on the MOU, both organizations will deepen exchanges and cooperation in aviation technology, systems integration, flight validation and mission applications, supporting the practical deployment of relevant technologies and strengthening Taiwan’s aviation industry and defense resilience.
